• Work in a team environment and contribute to delivering civil engineering projects – on airports!
• Engage in projects at all stages – Planning, Design, Bidding and Construction
• Deliver high quality work products, project reports and engineering documents

• B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited engineering school
• 2‑5 years land development and/or field experience (required)
• E.I.T. certification and working towards Professional Engineering licensure
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D or equivalent
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and state‑funded airport programs (preferred, but not required)

• Keenly interested in learning more about the exciting aviation industry
• Customer focused – Keeps customer requirements at top of mind
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Analytical – Can review data and information to make informed recommendations
• Conscientious with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and against deadlines
• Team Player pitching in to meet our deadlines and coach others
• Enthusiasm for site development, construction and the built environment
