This role entails managing and supporting various projects, providing expertise in project delivery and fostering team growth while upholding our core values.

• Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs to ensure expectations are met.
• Manage multiple technical assignments, leading teams to deliver projects to client satisfaction within schedule and budget constraints.
• Exhibit technical excellence in planning studies, designs, program management, procurement/bid assistance, and design services for water/wastewater systems.
• Lead Support business development pursuits, preparing proposals, building new relationships, and contributing to team growth goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• P.E. license in VA.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in water and/or wastewater treatment and climate/flood resiliency.
