Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise to lead projects in hospitals, laboratories, and large industrial and institutional settings.

Responsibilities

* Manage the overall labor efforts for projects, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

* Oversee construction management and project execution, focusing on mechanical and plumbing systems.

* Ensure project management controls are in place, including schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety measures.

* Solve problems effectively and ensure familiarity with the installation and operation of mechanical and plumbing systems.

Essential Skills

* 5-10 years of experience in Heavy Industrial and Institutional Construction with a background in mechanical process piping and advanced plumbing systems.

* Experience working with projects exceeding $5 million.

* Experience with a self-perform mechanical/plumbing contractor.

* Proficient in project management, construction, and mechanical engineering.

Skills & Qualifications

* Demonstrated ability in managing industrial and institutional mechanical construction.

* Capability in handling project management controls such as schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety.

* Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with mechanical and plumbing system installation and operation.
