Reporting ToQuality Lead
Your Role And ResponsibilitiesAs an Electronics Process Quality Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of electronic components used in Power Distribution Units (PDU), Static Transfer Switches (STS), and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) for data centers and critical power applications. You will focus on testing, troubleshooting, and supporting the electronics in these products.
The work model for the role is: onsite
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Assist in troubleshooting non-conforming PCBs and electronics from the production line at the Richmond facility and assign corrective action.
- Assist with First Article Inspection (FAI) of new PCBs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to develop quality processes for electronics in high volume facility.
- Ensure proper ESD controls are in place regarding electronic components throughout production cycle.
The Role
- 2-year technical degree in Electronics or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools (digital multimeter, oscilloscope, power analyzer).
- Proficiency in analyzing electronics components.
- Ability to read and interpret basic electrical schematics and PCB layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow testing procedures.
- Must have work authorization to work in the U.S.
