Salary: $75,000–$115,000 (based on experience)

Location: Richmond, VA (hybrid flexibility available)

• Support senior engineers with structural design and analysis for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood projects
• Prepare and review drawings, models, and calculations using Revit and AutoCAD
• Participate in all project phases from concept through construction
• Assist with shop drawing reviews, site observations, and technical reports
• Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality designs

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 0–4 years of structural engineering experience
• E.I.T. certification or eligibility to obtain (PE track encouraged)
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
  ; familiarity with STAAD or Tedds a plus
• Strong technical aptitude, communication skills, and eagerness to learn
