Insight Global is seeking a Utilities Support Specialist to join one of our large utility, engineering, and AEC clients. This individual will support telecommunications and utility infrastructure projects while working alongside experienced field professionals. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the utility, telecommunications, or construction industry while gaining hands-on experience and exposure to a variety of projects.
Day-to-DayResponsibilities
- Support field teams with utility and telecommunications infrastructure projects.
- Help prepare project areas and support crews with daily project activities.
- Work alongside experienced team members to learn utility construction and telecommunications best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Support a variety of project types and responsibilities, providing opportunities to learn new skills and gain exposure to different aspects of the business.
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr.
Skills and Requirements- Prior experience with groundskeeping, landscaping, construction labor, or related activities
- Active driver's license
- Ability to complete onboarding requirements
- Willingness to work in any weather conditions
- Prior construction experience
