These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.
K  is seeking an experienced Bioconjugate Area Lead to serve as the PMC organization’s primary owner-representative for the planning, design integration, construction assurance, commissioning, qualification, operational readiness, and startup of the Bioconjugate Manufacturing Area for the client.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Coordinate activities across the client’s stakeholders, the PMC team, EPCM contractor(s), equipment suppliers, C&Q teams, and future manufacturing operations to ensure the facility, process systems, utilities, and equipment are delivered safely, compliantly, and in alignment with project cost, schedule, quality, and operational objectives.
* Provide leadership in technical decision-making, facility and equipment integration, operational readiness planning, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and regulatory requirements are incorporated throughout project execution.
* Act as the primary integration point for the bioconjugate manufacturing scope
* Drive cross-functional collaboration from design through startup and
* Support the successful transition of the facility into routine GMP operations.  
** Required Education & Experience Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
* Minimum 15 years of engineering experience, supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other GMP-regulated facilities
* Experience successfully managing large multidisciplinary engineering teams and engineering contractors.
* Experience supporting commissioning, startup, and operational readiness activities.
* Demonstrated ability to lead technical decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.  
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Prior experience in an Owner’s Representative or PMC role for major capital projects in excess of $1B TIC.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license and/or PMP certification.
