We are seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman to prepare technical construction drawings, site plans, structural layouts, and project documentation for residential and commercial projects. While a background in designing and drafting reinforced concrete swimming pools is preferred, it is not required
—we welcome qualified draftsmen with strong core technical skills and a willingness to learn our specialized industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent AutoCAD skills, a solid understanding of concrete construction methods, and the ability to work closely with engineers, project managers, and construction teams.
- Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for reinforced concrete swimming pools.
- Produce construction drawings, site plans, sections, elevations, and detailing.
- Draft steel reinforcement layouts and concrete structural details.
- Interpret architectural and structural engineering plans.
- Revise drawings based on client, engineer, and project manager feedback.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and industry standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate drawing revisions and project documentation.
- Assist with material take-offs and quantity estimates where required.
- Ensure all drawings are completed accurately and within project deadlines.
- Minimum 3–5 years of AutoCAD drafting experience
. - Proven experience preparing drawings for reinforced concrete swimming pools
. - Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of reinforced concrete construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with 3D modeling software such as Civil 3D, Revit, or Sketch Up.
- Knowledge of pool hydraulic systems and equipment layouts.
- Experience with residential and commercial pool construction.
