Job Description:

We are seeking a Contract Event Helper to assist in organizing and executing various events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down event spaces, managing guest lists, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth operation of events. Additional duties may involve handling registration desks, distributing materials, and providing general support to the event management team.
