Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Event Helper to assist with the planning and execution of various events at our Richmond location. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with event set-up and tear-down, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event staff to ensure seamless event operations.

- Greet and assist guests, providing information and support as needed.

- Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and safety standards.

- Help manage event logistics, including registration, ticketing, and attendee tracking.

- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the event.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
