We are looking for experienced, ethical, and passionate professionals ready to join us as Mortgage Loan Officers/Originators (MLOs). We seek individuals who:
- Are experienced, honest, ethical, and hardworking team players.
- Find genuine fulfillment in working with clients and helping them achieve their dreams of home ownership.
- Possess the organizational skills to manage a successful pipeline and efficiently collect necessary documentation.
- Are dedicated to providing superior customer service by engaging consumers, determining their needs, and thoughtfully offering the appropriate mortgage products.
- Are driven to meet individual monthly sales goals, contributing to both your success and the team's mission.
- Are proactively looking to build and expand a professional network to self‑generate business and secure their long‑term future.
- An active, approved STATE NMLS license is a must.
- A detail‑oriented approach coupled with demonstrated, thoughtful decision‑making skills.
- The discipline to maintain all mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education.
- A solid, working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
- Proficiency in utilizing technical systems and programs, such as Encompass.
- Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry.
- The ability and passion to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners.
- Being bilingual is a valuable asset (A PLUS!).
