• Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
• Employ problem‑solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training.

• Branch Banking – Full‑time
• Primary location:
  Virginia, Richmond (VA – Richmond Walmart‑0515)
• Schedule:
  
  Full‑time
• Organization:
  Virginia
• Travel:
  Little to no overnight travel; occasional coverage of nearby branch locations up to 45 miles.
• Working Conditions:
  
  Standing most of the time, walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods, occasionally lifting up to 30 lbs.

• 3 years of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer‑service experience; OR an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferrable sales and/or customer‑service experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous instore banking experience is preferred.
• Must be positive and engaging.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Full‑time work status.
• No supervisory responsibility.
