Join Capital One as a Senior Associate in the Controllers Group. This role focuses on accounting, reporting, and analytics while driving special projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Serve as main point of contact and own various projects impacting Retail Bank Accounting from planning to delivery and stabilization.
• Lead and assist in the development, testing, and implementation of project requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple teams across危险 organization on corporate initiatives.
• Facilitate consistent use of Agile methodology for project delivery.
• Present results, findings, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements through project development and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in key corporate projects such as technology and data transformation, process improvements, business initiatives, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues and stay connected on process or product changes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or military experience.
• At least 1 year of accounting, finance, or audit experience.
• At least 1 year of general financial system knowledge.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• At least 1 year of banking or reconciliation experience.
• At least 1 year of Agile project aatsaat management experience.
• At least 2 years of accounting, finance, or audit experience.
• At least 2 years of banking or reconciliation experience.

• Richmond, VA: $87,700 – $100,100
• Wilmington, DE: $87,700 – $100,100
