Guest Services Team Lead

Mango Salon is growing and we are looking for inspiring, people-focused leaders to join our team!

The Guest Services Team Lead leads, guides, and inspires our Salon Team while delivering amazing service to our guests. This role makes an incredible impact every day – on our guests, our teams, and our company.

• Personable – friendly, motivated, with a passion to serve others.
• Accountable – learn Mango processes: greeting guests, confirming salon services, learning salon software, credit card transactions, and re-booking follow-up appointments.
• Organized – coordinate Service Floor; help Salon Management Team support and communicate Mango initiatives and programs; coordinate staff coverage and Designer schedules.
• Adaptable & Flexible – work flexible hours including required evenings and weekends; interact with other departments to ensure that guests’ needs are satisfied; knowledge of salon services, products & promotions; anticipate your team’s needs, help them thrive and contribute to their success.
• Motivated – passion for the industry, positive attitude, and professionalism; ability to train, coach, and develop a team; desire for career growth within the company.

This position requires you to walk and stand 6–8 hours at a time; carry up to 25 lbs as needed.
