Starting at $72,000 per year (up to $80,000 depending on experience).

Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Hallmark Youthcare is an inpatient psychiatric residential treatment facility for boys & girls aged 11‑17. The Clinical Therapist works in a multi‑system treatment team that includes psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, caseworkers, activity therapists, teachers, and direct care staff.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions for a target full‑time caseload of 8 patients.
• Deliver stabilization and crisis management services.
• Serve as the clinical lead on each client’s Individual Treatment and Discharge Plan.
• Engage in clinical supervision and psychiatric consultation.
• Participate in training and CEU opportunities.

• Virginia licensed or licensable mental health practitioner (LPC, LCSW, LMFT). Supervision available.
• Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment, risk assessment, and crisis management.
• Ability to provide weekly individual, family, and group therapies.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills; able to manage documentation for caseload.
• Competence in age‑related or specialty issues and developmental needs for adolescents.
• Effective communication with interdisciplinary team; maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Master’s degree (required).
• LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensing in Virginia (licensed or licensable).
