The Tech Training‑Staff designs, develops, and implements electronic training programs to support clinical applications.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement electronic training programs supporting clinical applications.
- Responsible for training across Epic IP and procedural areas.
- Independently determine and develop approaches to solutions with work completed accurately and soundly, ensuring objectives are met.
- Related certification preferred for hire.
- Related certification preferred for continued employment.
- Position typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 6 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.

Physical Requirements- Ability to lift less than 20 lbs.
- Prolonged sitting, repetitive motion.
- Strong recall, reasoning, problem solving, hearing, speaking clearly, writing legibly, reading, logical thinking.
- Fast‑pace environment; able to handle multiple priorities, frequent and intense customer interactions, adapt to frequent change.
