• Coordinate and schedule patient testing and procedures, ensuring timely appointments
• Prepare, post, and distribute daily schedules, communicating any changes to relevant personnel
• Verify patient information and equipment needs from physician offices
• Maintain accurate patient records and compile daily census statistics
• Obtain necessary insurance pre‑authorizations and ensure compliance with safety standards

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of previous scheduling and payroll experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers and staff
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining patient records

• Associate degree in business, healthcare, or related field
• Experience in a healthcare setting or with surgical services administration
• Familiarity with insurance pre‑authorizations and patient safety standards
