Your role at Storybook ABA as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA includes:
- Working in a hybrid role
- Conducting supervision and parent training
- Maintaining clear communication with the back office
- Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains
- Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans
Experience needed for a BCBA:
- A minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field
- Certification as a BCBA is mandatory
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable
- Proficiency in data collection and behavioral therapy techniques
- Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and teams

Pay: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour
