REACH Crisis Clinician I or II (Sign‑On Bonus Eligible)

Richmond Behavioral Health is seeking a full‑time Crisis Clinician to perform intermediate‑skill human support work, providing clinical and crisis response services as part of the REACH Clinical team.

• Respond to hospitals, family homes, group homes, crisis assessment centers, CSBs and other community locations.
• Triage phone calls received on the 24/7 Crisis Response Hotline.
• Provide clinical case updates to the REACH team and maintain communication with community partners.
• Literally conduct and prepare intake assessments, develop crisis response plans, and complete crisis triage forms.
• Collect required data and produce documentation on consumer access and utilization of REACH services.
• Complete REACH‑sponsored or required trainings on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize the electronic health record for documentation purposes and collaborate with individuals and systems of care.
• Attend and/or make presentations at clinical educational teams and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide crisis support and back‑up coverage to the Crisis Therapeutic Home when requested.
