· Number of Beds :
Treat ~ 45-55 patients/day on 2 linacs
· Patient Ratios : 2 radiation therapists per machine
· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 2 Front desk; 2-3 RNs; 5 therapists, 2 dosimetrists, 2 physicists, 1 dietitian, 1 social worker, 1 director
· Type of equipment : 2 True Beam linear accelerators; 1 GE CT Sim, Elekta HDR
· Documentation system: ARIA
· Scheduling requirements:
Monday-Friday; start time is 7:30am-~4:00-4:30pm
· Floating policy:
N/A
· Patient Experience requirements:
Press Ganey scores ~95%
Hospital Specifics-

ACR accredited for radiation oncology;
Commission on Cancer accredited; NAPBC accredited

· True Beam experience (at least 3 years)
· Align RT (Vision RT) (surface guidance)
· ARIA experience
