Position:
Full-Time Remote Assessor Position Details:
The Assessor conducts Comprehensive Needs Assessments for the Clinical Department. Assessments are conducted for Mental Health Skill-Building, Intensive In‑Home, Substance Use Intensive Outpatient, and Substance Use Partial Hospitalization.
The Assessor must have knowledge of direct behavioral health and substance use services. Including (but not limited to):- Assessment, treatment, and consultation.
- DSM‑5‑TR, Diagnosis and symptomology
- Medical Necessity and Service Components of:
Substance Use Intensive Outpatient, and Substance Use Partial Hospitalization, and Mental Health Skill‑Building - Applicants must be able to apply counseling, diagnosis theories, and techniques to a full range of diverse consumer populations.
- Time Management and Timely Submissions
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related Human Services field
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience working in a crisis setting with individuals and families
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative, supervisory experience
- Must be able to meet deadlines and computer savvy
- Licensed by the Board of Counseling (LMHP Type---LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Resident In Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work)
Assessors must be able to meet submission guidelines, assess medical necessity, and utilize DSM‑5 diagnosis and ICD‑10 codes.
