- Contra Costa West is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join our growing team in Orinda, CA. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and individuals who need support to live safely and comfortably  you have a heart for helping others, we want to hear from you!

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
• Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments or errands
• Document and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors

• Previous experience as a home care aide, caregiver, CNA, or in a related caregiving role preferred
• Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care
• Ability to pass a background check and provide verifiable references
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan with minimal supervision
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
