Front Desk Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to assist the Front Office Manager in leading a team and providing great service and memorable experience to our guests.

• Assist the Front Office Manager with maintaining standards of guest service quality, and keep staff informed of new policies and procedures
• Accommodate all guest requests in an accurate and efficient manner
• Handle guest check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests and resolve guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
• Accurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activities
• Accurately audit, balance and report on all cash and credit transactions including checks, deposits, house charges, promotional materials, postings etc. in the hotel in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Perform any other job‑related duties as assigned

• Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor or similar role
• Experience with hotel reservations systems like Galaxy Lightspeed or Opera
• Customer service experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
