The

Program

Graduates placed into the Manager‑In‑Training (MIT) Program will participate in a comprehensive 12‑month training program, aimed at preparing them for and accelerating their career in Clubs. Throughout the training period, MITs will gain managerial experience in all five of The Club's restaurants, in event operations at both clubhouses, and gain exposure by rotating through operational departments outside of Food & Beverage.

In addition to managerial training, MITs will attend leadership and committee‑level meetings, participate in book studies, partner with a mentor from The Club's managerial and executive team, go on a Club benchmarking trip, and lead an important Club initiative. Upon completion of the program, MITs should be well‑positioned for a permanent managerial role within The Club.

The Club employs a staff of more than 800 in season and has an operating budget in excess of $51 million.

CCV is the home of the PGA TOUR Champions Dominion Energy Charity Classic and has been honored as a three‑time recipient of the Players Award since it began hosting in 2016.
