We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

As a Housekeeper/Server, you will play a dual role in ensuring that our establishment maintains a clean, welcoming environment while also providing outstanding food and beverage service to our guests. This position requires a flexible individual who can effectively manage housekeeping tasks and serve guests efficiently and courteously.

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
• Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Assist in laundry services as required.

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables and ensure timely service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or special occasions.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or food service preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, and push items up to [insert weight] pounds as needed.
