The new Element by Marriott Richmond Short Pump is looking for an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Executive Housekeeper to join our opening leadership team and build a housekeeping operation that reflects the cleanliness, quality, and guest experience expected from a Marriott hotel.

The Executive Housekeeper will oversee the daily operation of the Housekeeping Department while playing a major role in preparing the hotel for opening and long-term success. You will work closely with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Engineering, Front Office, and company leadership to ensure guestrooms, public areas, laundry operations, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet hotel and brand standards.
