We're looking for a Hotel Houseperson to help keep our spaces clean, welcoming, and in great shape. From supporting housekeeping to touching up paint, you'll take on a variety of tasks that make a visible difference every day.

• Room to grow. With 80+ hotels, we promote from within. Today's Houseperson could be tomorrow's Maintenance Tech, Rooms Inspector, Supervisor, or beyond.

• Support room attendants by removing used linens, towels, and trash from guest rooms.
• Deliver fresh linens, supplies, and requested items.
• Keep the lobby, hallways, elevators, and public spaces looking sharp
• Vacuum, dust, clean windows, and maintain organized supply areas.
• Handle basic maintenance: touch-up painting, patching walls, replacing bulbs and filters, tightening fixtures, unclogging drains, etc.
• Report maintenance concerns that require specialized repairs.
• Follow safe cleaning practices and use tools and equipment properly.
• Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and lend teammates a hand.

YOU'LL FIT RIGHT IN IF YOU...

• Like staying busy and working on your feet
• Possess basic maintenance skills and comfort using common hand tools.
• Have the ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs, push supply carts, and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have previous hotel, housekeeping, or general maintenance experience (preferred, not required)
• An eye for detail and pride in clean, well-maintained spaces.
• Skills are dependability, organization, and good time management.
• Enjoy helping your teammates and being friendly with guests
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Have basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Are available for day shifts, plus mid-shifts and evenings as needed, including weekends and holidays
• Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred, not required)
