Job Summary:
- Working with stakeholders across the organization to define roles and targets
- Build and maintain candidate pipeline for hardware and software engineering, product, design, operations and logistics, data science, marketing, customer support

Job Summary:
- Builds strong relationships with hiring managers and is seen as the subject matter expert in all areas of talent acquisition as assigned.
- Develops and implements effective recruiting and sourcing strategies, processes, and procedures to support staffing needs.

- Provides leadership and direction to the TA team on excellence in hiring leader communication, candidate relationship development, offer negotiation, and the effective execution of recruitment and onboarding practices.
