We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support full‑cycle recruiting across multiple business units, including Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering. This contract role offers strong visibility within a global organization and the opportunity to convert to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across multiple business units
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and timelines
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels (Linked In, job boards, referrals, ATS, etc.)
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate timely communication with candidates and stakeholders
• Provide market insights, candidate recommendations, and hiring updates to hiring managers
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the applicant tracking system
• Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Assist with offer preparation, negotiations, and onboarding coordination as needed

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or contract)
• Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines such as IT, finance, supply chain, sales, marketing, or engineering
• ADP System experience
• Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
• Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and sense of urgency
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

• Associate
