Recruiting Specialist (Contract w/ Potential to Convert)

We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support full‑cycle recruiting across multiple business units, including Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering. This contract role offers strong visibility within a global organization and the opportunity to convert to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across multiple business units
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and timelines
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels (Linked In, job boards, referrals, ATS, etc.)
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate timely communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Provide market insights, candidate recommendations, and hiring updates to hiring managers
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the applicant tracking system
- Support employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Assist with offer preparation, negotiations, and onboarding coordination as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate, agency, or contract)
- Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines such as IT, finance, supply chain, sales, marketing, or engineering
- ADP System experience
- Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and sense of urgency
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
