Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with strong prioritization and communication skills to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer experiences.
ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Management:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing calendar encompassing various channels and platforms.
- Assist our Social Media Specialist in crafting engaging posts and effective paid social campaigns.
- Support the sales team by aligning messaging and digital initiatives with sales objectives.
- Ensure consistency across all digital marketing materials with adherence to branding guidelines.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Email Marketing:
- Coordinate compelling email campaigns in collaboration with designers and copywriters.
- Manage an email marketing calendar to optimize campaign frequency.
- Oversee list management and data integrity for clean lists and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze email performance metrics to optimize campaigns and enhance engagement.
SEM (Search Engine Marketing):
- Collaborate with external vendors to maximize ROI through Google Ads and Microsoft SEM campaigns.
- Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Conduct keyword research and manage campaigns using SEM measurement tools.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Maintain and optimize keyword lists across digital platforms for improved search visibility.
- Manage meta data to ensure effective optimization of website pages.
- Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes to enhance organic search rankings.
- Coordinate the creation and promotion of blog content to boost website authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on email marketing.
- Solid understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Klavyio, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
