Business Systems Analyst

Looking for a Senior BSA who has experience with Siebel CRM implementations. Previous financial experience is a plus.

Job Description:

The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) defines solutions, including requirements, designs, services, and recommendations, to address business and systems problems. They own the integrity of the solutions through customer acceptance and final disposition. Responsible for developing, maintaining, managing, and delivering technical information or documentation in accordance with client standards via print and online mediums. The role involves interfacing with management, users, and IT professionals to create high-level conceptual solutions to business problems.

Typically, the senior BSA possesses significant knowledge in one or more business functional areas. For agile projects, responsibilities span the entire project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Requirements definition and traceability
• Serving as lead BSA on multiple project life cycles
• Participating in the QA and testing phases of projects

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years of Financial Services experience
• 3+ years of experience with Siebel CRM implementations
• Experience in data and systems analysis
• Significant industry experience (3+ years)
• Experience leading requirements, data, and systems analysis
• Lean/Agile development experience (3+ years)
• QA experience preferred
• Excellent strategic application of experience, negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels, including technical and non-technical audiences
