- Compensation: $15 - $20 per hour
The Role
We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Vendor Management team. In this entry-level role, you’ll assist with managing vendor relationships and coordinating cybersecurity questionnaires to ensure our third-party partners comply with security and compliance standards. This is a great first role in cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities- Support the vendor onboarding process, including documentation and administrative tasks.
- Distribute, track, and manage security questionnaires to vendors.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely responses and completion of questionnaires.
- Perform initial review and basic analysis of vendor responses.
- Maintain accurate records in the vendor management system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and escalations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with standard office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Interest in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of work experience.
- You’re looking for a strict 9-to-5 schedule with minimal flexibility.
- You feel uncomfortable in high-pressure or fast-paced environments.
- You prefer not to work in a highly professional, client-facing role.
- You’re not excited about being part of a high-growth, in-person startup culture.
