The Lessons Learned Knowledge Management Specialist will support an engagement for a combat support agency in the US Dept. of Defense, working to expand its capabilities to support the agency with cutting-edge operations research and data science analytics.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing and leading implementation of the Implementer-Led Design, Evidence, Analysis and Learning (IDEAL) knowledge management strategy, principally focused on military theater operations support, retrograde and the return supply mission areas.

• Full-time position
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in DoD Supply Chain Management, Logistics and/or management science
• Required Clearance:
  Secret
• Demonstrated success managing and facilitating medium- to large-scale face-to-face meetings and participatory learning events
• Experience in leading knowledge management and socialization activities for international development and emergency projects
• Proven project management skills, and ability to work with diverse and high-skilled personnel in a fast-paced team environment

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, and experience using webinar platforms.
