Project Manager - Richmond, VA; Hybrid

We are hiring a Project Manager for the implementation of the Statewide Voter Registration System (SVRS) for the Virginia Department of Elections (ELECT) located in Richmond, VA. This on‑site role has no hybrid or remote option.

• Daily interaction with stakeholders, project team members, and ELECT staff.
• Attendance at virtual and in‑person project meetings daily.
• Management of project performance metrics and recording of data in CTP.
• Adhere to requirements of Commonwealth Project Management Standard.
• Work in conjunction with members of the ELECT SVRS project team.
• Oversee coordination of SVRS project calendar.
• Conduct briefings on SVRS project status to internal and external audiences, including the Interagency Oversight Committee.

• PMP Certification required
• Successful completion of a Category 1/2 Commonwealth of Virginia project of $5M+ as PM of record, or completion of a non‑COV project valued >$10M as PM of record.
• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with the Commonwealth Technology Portfolio highly desirable.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary: $120-125k/yr with benefits.
