Active Directory Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Active Directory Engineer / Cyber Identity Operations Specialist to manage and secure enterprise identity systems.

This role involves advanced expertise in Active Directory, identity lifecycle management, and security operations, with a focus on automation, compliance, and governance.

• Manage Active Directory Domain Services (2016/2020), including replication, sites, Group Policy, domain management, and domain reduction.
• Develop advanced Power Shell scripts for automation and administration.
• Work with Entra
  
  ID and Identity Lifecycle Management processes.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and security tools, ensuring compliance with NIST standards and governance policies.
• Utilize Splunk for querying, dashboards, and identity security monitoring.
• Use New Relic for performance monitoring and compliance.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and version control systems (Git).
• Collaborate on identity security initiatives using Microsoft Identity Manager and Radiant Logic (preferred).
• Participate in Agile sprints using Jira and Confluence.
• Manage Service Now tickets and workflows.

• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services (2016/2020).
• Experience with Entra
  
  ID and identity lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic).
• Understanding of compliance frameworks (NIST) and governance policies.
• Exposure to Dev Ops tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

• Experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Identity Manager and Radiant Logic.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Service Now experience for ticket management.

• SC-300 – Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator certification required.
