A Dev Ops Engineer with Python and AWS expertise is responsible for automating, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based applications while ensuring high availability, security, and performance. This role heavily focuses on AWS infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and Python scripting to streamline development-to-production workflows.

The engineer works closely with application developers, cloud architects, and support teams to build scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient systems on AWS.

• Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, Cloud Watch, and ELB
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation, deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or AWS Code Pipeline
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS Cloud Formation
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments using Kubernetes (EKS)
• Monitor system health, logs, and performance using Cloud Watch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
• Manage AWS security and access control (IAM roles, policies, secrets management)
• Perform production support

• Optimize AWS cost, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate with development teams to improve release automation and reliability.
