We are looking for a strategic and highly skilled Test Automation Lead to head the design, implementation, and enterprise-wide adoption of test automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA, qTest, Azure Dev Ops, and Jira. This role is pivotal to driving quality engineering transformation and enabling teams to deliver high-quality software at scale.

• Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and reusable test automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA.
• Establish and promote best practices for test automation, test data management, and test case design across teams.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub Actions, ensuring seamless execution and reporting.
• Leverage qTest for test management, traceability, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business and compliance needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across QA, development, and product teams to drive automation adoption and continuous improvement.
• Integrate test automation with Jira to manage test‑related tasks, defects, and user stories, ensuring transparency and traceability.
• Mentor and train QA engineers and developers on automation tools, frameworks, and strategies.
• Monitor and report on automation coverage, effectiveness, and ROI to leadership.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues across environments.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in test automation and quality engineering.

• 12+ years of professional experience in software testing, with at least 8 years in automation leadership roles.
• Extensive hands‑on expertise architecting, implementing, and maintaining scalable, reusable automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA across multiple enterprise‑level projects.
• Proven experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops and Git Hub.
• Advanced proficiency in qTest for test management, traceability, and reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and training QA engineers, establishing best practices for test automation, test data management, and test case design.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills, including experience working with QA, Dev, Product, and Business Analyst teams.
• Experience in regulated and enterprise‑scale environments, including global teams and complex systems.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Jira for agile project tracking and defect management.
