This organization operates within a highly regulated insurance and long-term care environment, supporting complex enterprise platforms  technology organization is undergoing a period of transformation, with renewed investment in cloud strategy, enterprise architecture, and innovation.

This role offers the opportunity to operate at the highest levels of enterprise architecture while remaining deeply hands‑on. The position provides long‑term stability, executive visibility, and the chance to shape cloud and architecture direction during a meaningful period of change.

• Define and execute enterprise‑wide architecture strategy across cloud, infrastructure, development, and AI platforms
• Lead AWS‑focused cloud architecture efforts while supporting hybrid and multi‑cloud considerations
• Partner closely with infrastructure, development, AI architecture, and Cloud Center of Excellence teams
• Establish architecture standards, governance models, and reference frameworks
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions
• Provide hands‑on architectural leadership and technical guidance
• Support organizational change through clear architectural direction and collaboration

• Extensive experience in enterprise architecture within large, complex organizations
• Proven success designing and leading AWS‑based cloud architectures
• Strong hands‑on technical background with enterprise‑scale systems
• Experience influencing architecture across infrastructure, development, and emerging technologies
• Background in regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, or financial services
• Ability to operate with executive stakeholders while remaining technically engaged
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking skills
