Oracle EPM Cloud Developer

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Planning & Budgeting Consultant to support application configuration and development for enterprise financial planning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning modules, working closely with finance and business stakeholders to design, configure, and enhance planning, budgeting, and forecasting applications.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and develop Oracle EPM Cloud Planning & Budgeting applications to meet business requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting models within Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Develop and manage dimensions, hierarchies, forms, business rules, and calculations.
- Perform application enhancements, customizations, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Support data integrations between Oracle EPM Cloud and source systems using data management tools.
- Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Perform testing, validation, and deployment of application changes across environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and performance‑related issues.
- Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and budget cycle activities as needed.
- Document application designs, configurations, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning & Budgeting applications.
- Expertise in application configuration and development within Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Experience with business rules, calculations, forms, dashboards, and reports.
- Knowledge of data integration methods (Data Management, FDMEE, or EPM Automate).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
