Responsibilities:
- Design, stage, configure, and test network equipment before deployment
- Support field engineers with on-site and remote network installations
- Act as a second-level escalation for network troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Provide technical guidance to sales teams on LTE coverage and solution feasibility
Skills/Must have:
- Strong understanding of IP networking fundamentals and routing protocols
- Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues
- Cisco/Juniper certifications (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with LTE/5G technologies (a plus)
Salary:
- $70,000
