This role leads the development and maintenance of large, enterprise-wide application systems, supporting key projects for the client's member platform.

• Maintains active relationships with customers to understand and gather business requirements. Includes leading requirements gathering meetings and reviewing design proposals with the business to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Anticipates broad technical changes, ensuring that company technology remains at the forefront of industry developments.
• Prioritizes projects and makes informed trade-offs concerning enterprise systems changes, always considering the broader business objectives.
• Leads technology evaluations and participates in proof‑of‑concept projects to enable innovative solutions.
• Conducts technical design and code reviews for pull requests, and ensures that unit testing meets the test plan requirements.

• Experience mentoring others, drive teams to achieve results, lead multiple or large projects, and provide hands‑on development and troubleshooting support. Strongly preferred.
• Multi‑database and multi‑language experience. Strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in object‑oriented design, EKS container platform, and public cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Experience in architecture, designing, and hands‑on development of large web‑based applications using Web 2.0 technology such as JavaScript, Angular
  
  JS, NodeJS, Java, CSS, HTML.
• Experience in architecture and designing large mobile applications in React Native.
• Experience in design and architecture of micro‑services based APIs and Service Mesh.
• Experience in developing modern ETL jobs in Hadoop or AWS Elastic Map Reduce (EMR) in Python and working with relational as well as non‑relational databases.
• Experience in implementing and leading adoption of modern Dev Ops process automation using tools such as Bitbucket, Bamboo, Sonar Qube, and Checkmarx.
• Experience in SAFe Agile practice for software development and knowledge in Agile tools such as JIRA and Agilecraft.
• Experience in test automation practices and tools such as qTest, WebDriver
  
  IO, Lambda Test.
• Experience in implementing instrumentation and monitoring of large systems with tools like Splunk, Data Dog, Instana, etc.
• Experience in vibe coding with modern IDEs (Cursor, Windsurf, Git Hub Copilot, etc.) with AI agent is strongly preferred. Experience AI‑First SDLC with end‑to‑end development process automation is a plus.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
