Database Architect

Responsibilities

Perform operation and maintenance support for Oracle and SQL Server databases along with building out new databases and data integrations as per project requirements.

• 7+ years hands‑on experience in Oracle 12c or greater is required.
• 5+ years serving in a data architecture position is required.
• 5+ years experience building data flows using ETL tools is required.
• Ability to architect and model mission critical RDMS, BI, OLTP, OLAP and solutions leveraging multiple DBMS technologies is required.
• Extensive experience with Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Data Flows and Data Modeling is required.
• Demonstrated experience with profiling and loading files from various data sources which include RDMBS, OLAP cubes, mainframe file systems, web services, APIs, XML, text files and other documents is required.
• Extensive experience creating and implementing ETL processes is required.
• Ability to work with both business and technical users to define and gather reporting/analytics requirements with experience translating business and technical requirements into comprehensive data reporting strategies and analytic solutions is required.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, delivering quality systems in short time frames, is required.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills, along with the ability to develop and present complex material effectively to a variety of audiences are also required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with both business and technical users across all levels of the organization is required.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively on project teams, and to work independently with minimal supervision, is required.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive, productive working relationships with customers and co-workers while delivering quality systems in short time frames is required.
• Experience with Azure Power
  
  BI and Power Automate is nice to have.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure Dataverse is nice to have.
