This role involves coordinating the efforts of team members, consultants and managed service providers to deliver projects according to plan. The IT Project Coordinator also supports day-to-day management of IT budget and requisitions as needed. This role involves developing requirements, as-is, and future state process flows, and project documentation. The IT Project Manager is a hands‑on role and will support the Technology Services team in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget.

Note from the manager: I'm looking for a Project Manager who can handle both project coordination duties as well as other PM responsibilities. The PM will be involved in supporting various initiatives, including infrastructure, service desk, imaging, and applications projects. This is a hands‑on role and encompasses tasks such as documentation, project coordination, project management, cost‑benefit analysis, and developing business cases, among others.

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Serve as a back‑up to Senior IT Management Analyst responsible for day‑to‑day management of IT budget and requisitions.
• Execute other projects as assigned by the Manager.
