Title: Project Manager – Tech Lead
Duration: 12 Months
Relocation: NO RELOCATION.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple technical programs/projects within the Enterprise and Card Technology teams.
- Connect and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Drive process refinement, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support and execute cyber-intent refinement activities within the Card Tech function.
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Provide project updates and ensure teams remain aligned with strategic objectives.
- Must have skills:
Technical Project or Program Management, SDLC, and strong Technical Background. - 7 years of Project Management/Program Management experience.
- Strong technical background (must be able to understand engineering concepts; not seeking Scrum Masters or Agile Leads).
- Hands‑on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑focused.
