Pay Range: $80 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage workflows, SLAs, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate with Security, IT Operations, and Business Units.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities (e.g., ticket enrichment, auto‑assignment, closure validation).
• Ensure controls are in place for data integrity and workflow accuracy.
• Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and operational teams.
• Track and report key metrics (e.g., time to remediate, SLA compliance, vulnerability aging).
• Develop training materials and run enablement sessions.
• Drive adoption through communication and change management.

Key Requirements and Technology

Experience:

• Key skills:
  Vulnerability management
• Automation
• Integration
• Service Now VR
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Background in vulnerability management, Sec Ops, or GRC.
• Familiarity with Client Vulnerability Response and integrations (e.g., Tenable, Qualys).
• Experience with automation and dashboarding in Client.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
