We are looking for a TrakSYS Support Engineer to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for TrakSYS-based MES solutions across manufacturing environments. This role involves diagnosing and resolving system issues, monitoring performance, managing integrations, and ensuring stable MES operations. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, and support upgrades and deployments.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide L1/L2 support for TrakSYS MES applications and ensure system uptime.
- Investigate issues by querying TrakSYS SQL Server databases and resolving data discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot integrations with ERP (SAP), WMS (Blue Yonder), and PLCs (Kep Server OPC).
- Manage TrakSYS configurations (modules, services, workflows) and apply updates.
- Handle incidents and service requests via tools like Service Now.
- Maintain support documentation, track SLAs/KPIs, and identify recurring issues.
- Support scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and deployments.
Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with TrakSYS MES (v12 preferred).
- Understanding of TrakSYS architecture and configurations.
- Knowledge of C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Strong SQL Server skills (queries, stored procedures).
- Familiarity with IIS, Windows Server, and basic networking.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
