This is a senior-level Power Platform developer role focused on designing, developing, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions to enhance business processes and workflow automation. The position requires hands-on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint, with leadership skills to guide technical teams and manage complex work streams.

• Support and enhance existing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions that improve workflows and automation.
• Provide technical insights and guidance across the full software development lifecycle.
• Stay up to date with Power Platform trends, features, and best practices.
• Apply strong skills in Power FX formula language to develop and optimize solutions.
• Lead and mentor team members while independently managing complex projects.

• 10+ years of IT/programming experience; able to work independently and lead complex projects.
• 10+ years developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint).
• 8+ years proficiency in Power FX formula language

• Must have, or be able to obtain within 30 days, the Microsoft PL-900:
  Power Platform Fundamentals certification.
