Role DescriptionCloud Infrastructure Services Specialist – Specialist I
You AreThis role leads the development and maintenance of large, enterprise-wide application systems, supporting key projects for the client's member platform.
The Opportunity- The role maintains active relationships with customers to understand and gather business requirements. This includes leading requirements gathering meetings and reviewing design proposals with the business to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Anticipating broad technical changes, the position ensures that company technology remains at the forefront of industry developments.
- Responsibilities include prioritizing projects and making informed trade‑offs concerning enterprise systems changes, always considering the broader business objectives.
- Lead technology evaluations and participate in proof‑of‑concept projects to enable innovative solutions.
- Conduct technical design and code reviews for pull requests and ensure that unit testing meets the test plan requirements.

What You Need- Experience mentoring others, driving teams to achieve results, leading multiple or large projects and providing hands‑on development and troubleshooting support.
- Multi‑database and multi‑language experience.
- Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in object‑oriented design, EKS container platform and public cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Experience in architecture, designing and hands‑on development of large web‑based applications using Web 2.0 technology such as JavaScript, Angular
JS, NodeJS, Java, CSS, HTML. - Experience in architecture and designing large mobile applications in React Native.
- Experience in design and architecture of micro‑services based APIs and Service Mesh.
- Experience in developing modern ETL jobs in Hadoop or AWS Elastic Map Reduce (EMR) in Python and working with relational as well as non‑relational databases.
- Experience in implementing and leading adoption of modern Dev Ops process automation using tools such as Bitbucket, Bamboo, Sonar Qube and Checkmarx.
- Experience in SAFe Agile practice for software development and knowledge in Agile tools such as JIRA and Agilecraft.
- Experience in test automation practices and tools such as qTest, WebDriver
IO, Lambda Test. - Experience in implementing instrumentation and monitoring of large systems with tools like Splunk, Data Dog, Instana, etc.
- Experience with AI‑enhanced coding tools such as Git Hub Copilot and AI‑First SDLC practices.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Compensation Range$87,000–$131,000
BenefitsFull‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. Eligible employees may also receive medical, dental, vision, and additional voluntary benefits such as short‑ and long‑term disability coverage and a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent childcare, and commuting expenses as allowed under IRS guidelines.
Part‑time and temporary employees receive comparable benefits adjusted for hours worked. All U.S. employees receive benefits per applicable state or local laws.
