The full‑spectrum Capital One Communications team is responsible for all aspects of the company’s communications strategy and execution. We handle corporate and brand media relations, issues and reputation management, financial communications, associate communications, and a full‑service content and creative storytelling team. We work within Global Enterprise Affairs as strategic counselors to our partners, driving business initiatives while protecting Capital One’s reputation.

As a Senior Associate on the Corporate Communications team, you will contribute to executing strategic communications programs that support Capital One’s business and brand objectives. Working across teams, you’ll help deliver impactful campaigns and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Support the development and implementation of communications strategies and campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute program elements
• Research industry trends and contribute insights to inform strategies

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience
• At least 1 year of communications experience

• Public relations or communications experience in financial services, technology, or consumer brands

Salary ranges by location (full‑time, annual):
Richmond, VA: $78,400 – $89,500
New York, NY: $94,100 – $107,400
McLean, VA: $86,300 – $98,400
Other locations: pay range will be associated with the specific location.Â

This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives may be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
