Business Analyst

Tre Com Systems Group, Inc. is seeking detail-oriented and strategic Business Analysts to join our expanding IT service organization. These full time positions will be hybrid with onsite work in the greater Richmond, VA area.

• Agile Business Analyst;
  Strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodologies
• Experience with Scrum and Agile, Scaled Agile and Kanban methodologies
• Technical experience in organizing and maintaining sprint and product backlogs
• Technical experience translating client and product strategy requirements into application requirements and user stories.
• Documenting high level Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases and execution of test cases.
• Ability to analyze and document business and system processes.

• Work with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes and propose innovative solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Develop use cases, workflows, and user stories to support requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training/support as needed.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Create clear and concise reports and presentations for management.
